Kelly's Distribution Warehouse
This commercial project involved a successful and growing business that required additional parking spaces, internal redesign, and extra bathroom facilities. Operational Works (OPW’s) and Development Applications were managed, resulting in development approvals for the new carparks to support the business’ growth. The brief also emphasised a smooth flow between staff, visitors, and overall operations logistics. The outcome was excellent, leading to a very satisfied client.
